This new store will offer more than 9,400 square feet of

LCBO retailing, drawing on customer research to create a one-
stop shopping environment that is convenient, entertaining and
informative. This 'Source for Entertaining Ideas' includes:

tastings;
- a large VINTAGES' fine wine and premium spirits section with
400 products;
- an extensive selection of Ontario wines, including VQA wines;
- a chilled beer section offering more than 200 domestic and
imported brands;
- a cooler and pre-mixed cocktail section;
- a tasting counter offering regular product samplings;
- a gift centre offering a wide range of beverage alcohol gifts
and free gift wrapping;
- mixed drink displays featuring popular cocktails;
- LCBO's free customer magazine, FOOD & DRINK.
Immediately following the opening, a tree planting ceremony will take
place in the parking lot of the new Collingwood store to celebrate the LCBO's
participation in the St. Joseph Corporation Partners in Growth environmental
program.
For every ton of paper used to produce FOOD & DRINK, LCBO's free consumer
magazine, St. Joseph Corporation, the magazine's printer, will donate three
seedlings to Scouts Canada for planting on LCBO's behalf. Ray D'Antonio and
Bill Duron, senior representatives of St. Joseph Corporation, will join LCBO
and provincial government officials for the tree planting. To date, more than
one million trees have been planted.
