Elvis®, the way it was: A salute to the film Loving You, featuring Stephen Kabakos
 “I got goose bumps!”  Tribute Artist Stephen Kabakos is describing the moment when he first walked into the vintage Gayety Theatre in Downtown Collingwood. “I got these goose bumps, and could not speak for a moment. The theatre looks exactly like the theatre used as the set for the 1957 film Loving You, starring Elvis Presley®. I turned to Festival Manager, Rosemarie O’Brien, and we both immediately agreed the theme of the show would be a Salute to Loving You, the musical film that is also famous for Elvis’ first on-screen kiss.”
