4th Annual Collingwood Elvis^® Festival Golf Tournament sold out for Thursday June 1. 2006

Collingwood, ON – The Fourth Annual Collingwood Elvis^® Festival Golf Tournament has sold out!

Set for Thursday June 1^st at the world renowned Cranberry Golf Resort & Conference Centre in Collingwood, the lucky golfers have a chance to win some really cool prizes including a Sirius Satellite Radio with a free six month subscription, a pink ladies Cadillac “Eldorado Series” bike, tickets to a concert at Georgian Downs, A Channel hats, shirts and golf balls, and sample beverages from Molson’s and Mikes Hard Lemonade.  The day long tournament wraps up with a roast beef dinner created under the supervision of Cranberry’s Executive Chef Mark Capka and held at the Bear Estate under the big tent on beautiful Southern Georgian Bay. 

After dinner entertainment will include a spectacular taste of what is in store for the 2006 Festival line up with a performance by the 2001 Grand Champion Roy Leblanc, who will co host the 2006 Grand Finals along with Sirius Satellite Radio Elvis Radio DJ TY.   Roy LeBlanc is the headliner for two shows at the Collingwood Curling Club; Saturday, July 29, features “Aloha from Hawaii – Revisited” and “Elvis^®..Elvis^®..Elvis^®” is on Sunday, July 30.

Glenn Aitchison, (2005 Early Years, Non-professional Champion) and a very special mystery guest artists will also be performing at the golf tournament dinner.

Tribute Artist Roy LeBlanc will host a meet and greet with Sirius Satellite Radio representatives and members of the Collingwood Elvis Festival Municipal Board set for June 1 at 10.30 at the Station on the Green at the Cranberry Golf Resort & Conference Centre.
