Collingwood's newest arts event - The Collingwood Fringe Festival This August the first ever Fringe Festival will be held throughout the streets of Collingwood's Downtown. Modeled on the hugely successful Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland, it has the potential to become another signature event for Collingwood. Featured performances will include classical, medieval, jazz, big band and world music, poetry creation, dance and acrobatics, all happening on the street and free to the public.
