IT ON” these fun and free activities are a collaborative effort;
sponsored by South Georgian Bay’s private, public and charitable

South Georgian Bay’s ACTIVE 2010 committee, includes a variety of
events for people of all ages to try. The

Our generation is the
most sedentary in history! In 2003, almost one out of every two adults
in Ontario was overweight or obese. Between, 1981 and 1996, the number
of obese children in Canada between the ages of seven and 13 tripled.
We must act now to create communities that promote healthy eating and
regular physical activity.

Health, Dr. Sheela Basrur, Report) |
