We are pleased to announce that the new health centre,
The South Georgian Bay Community Health Centres (CHC),
will be opening in our area.

We're looking for your input!
Please come to one of our community meetings to share with us
your health needs and experiences.
Tell us what gaps in service need to be addressed.

A light dinner will be provided. Interpreter services and transporation are available,
if needed.
