The search for two young women missing on a raft in Georgian Bay is over.

Huronia West OPP report 19 year old Karla Smith of Collingwood and 18 year old Jamie Love Wilkinson of Wasaga Beach were found shortyl after 6 PM last night.

They were found by RCC Trenton Griffin helicopter on Western Island in Georgian Bay -- almost 60 kilometres from beach area one.

Police say both girls were transported by helicopter to Collingwood General Marine Hospital in good condition.

The two girls went missing Monday afternoon and were missing for 50 hours.

OPP Marine units from Wasaga, Collingwood and Midland, vessesl from the Coast Guard and from Search and Rescue in Trenton, along with the OPP helicopter and Ontario Park staffs from Wasaga Beach were involved with the search.

A group on the social networking website Facebook was dedicated to the search for the two young women within hours of their disappearance.

By this morning, there were 400 members of the group, offering updates to one another on the search and offering best wishes for the safe return of the girls.
